Together, they lead with authenticity, compassion, and a deep passion for seeing lives transformed through the love of Jesus Christ.
Together, Pastors Cedrick and Latoya are passionate about building a ministry that extends beyond the four walls of the church—serving families, investing in the next generation, and creating opportunities for lasting community transformation.
When they’re not serving in ministry, they enjoy spending quality time with their children and grandchildren, reading, relaxing at the beach, and enjoying a great movie.
Meet Our Pastors
Pastor Cedrick is a dynamic preacher, teacher, and leader known for communicating biblical truth in a practical, relevant, and life-giving way. He holds a bachelor’s degree from University of North Carolina Wilmington and a master’s degree from Duke Divinity School. Beyond ministry, Cedrick brings extensive experience in financial leadership, organizational strategy, and community development—using his expertise to help churches, nonprofits, and organizations build sustainable futures. He is deeply passionate about mentorship, leadership development, education initiatives, and mental wellness initiatives that strengthen communities for generations to come.
Co-Pastor Latoya Barrett is a passionate leader, mentor, and encourager with a heart for helping women thrive in both ministry and business. She is dedicated to coaching and empowering women to walk confidently in their God-given purpose—whether in the marketplace, entrepreneurship, leadership, or ministry. Through mentorship, leadership development, and authentic community, she has helped many women navigate faith, family, career, and calling with wisdom and confidence. Her passion is seeing women healed, whole, and fully equipped to lead in every space God has called them to.
